Do you allow for payment plans?
We do require payment in full at the time of service & are happy to accept cash/certified cheque/Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Debit.
Will my benefits cover my costs?
It is your responsibility to know your benefits limitations & details. As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf and provide estimates of what to expect prior to treatment. Patients are responsible for all fees & costs not settled by your benefits plan.
Will you work with my dental benefits?
We deal with benefits as a courtesy to our clients. It is a contract negotiated between your employer and the benefits company. Our goal is to support the maximization of the policy and to help you find options to cover the balance. Due to changes in the Privacy Act, benefits providers may refuse to give information about your policy to the dental office. Our treatment coordinator will assist you in understanding the information that you provide.
How much will it cost?
We are always happy to provide an estimate prior to any treatment being done. Contact us for detailed information.
Is there free parking?
YES, we have a free underground parking with ground floor wheelchair access.
How do you make an appointment?
Call us directly at (250) 477-7321 anytime between Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm.
Note: phones are answered until 4:30pm.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
We do everything we can to accommodate new patients with an emergency. If we cannot see you we will direct you to someone who can.
How long until I can get an appointment?
We strive to accommodate patients in a timely manner, depending on patient flexibility & our appointment availability. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer any financing options?
Unfortunately, the third party financing company Care Credit we were using is no longer functioning. So, at this time we cannot offer any third party financing solutions.
Do you accept new patients?
ABSOLUTELY! We have four full time dentists, and we would be happy to welcome you to the office.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 2-business day cancellation policy.
